Sleep Inn & Suites Lake of the Ozarks

Great location right off 54. Front desk was professional and friendly. The rooms were good. I only dinged it mostly for the extra small refrigerator, not very comfortable pillows, and kind of an odd difficult to use showerhead with only one working settings. Overall a great place to stay just a little pricey.

There was a single outlet that didn't work of the several in the room. Other than that, staff was friendly and attentive. Pool was warm and a nice treat right before the ice storm! Hot tub wasn't too hot, but still felt nice on aches. The bed was very comfy! Slept well and the price was great!

I am giving this a 4.5 but decided to go with the higher stars not the lower one. First thing I did when I went into the room was used the bathroom and when I looked at the toilet paper roll there was someone's poo on it....I will provide a picture to show what I mean....that grossed me out, and then the other reason I'm giving this a 4.5 is because if these rooms had a balcony to sit out and look at the beautiful scenery it would have definitely been a five star. The breakfast was awesome and the other thing I didn't appreciate was the noise that I could hear when the neighbor would put their water on...I will provide a video with noise....but this is a place I would come back if I ever find myself coming in the area again. The price on Priceline was amazing, and the juice bar is open until 10pm which is something I have never heard of that before so I really liked that. They even have sleepy time tea which I wish I had known that before so I could've had that. But the place was clean enough and I loved the area, very close to everything!

Very nice staff and location. Breakfast is decent and kept fresh. Rooms are run down and dirty. Not like dirty dirty but more like the owners don’t have a deep clean schedule or a standard maintenance routine so things get gross.

Awesome place, I’ve only ever stayed in holiday inns so I was skeptical because it was so cheap but everything was perfect here! 100% recommend!

The hotel is okay but the service. I’ve never felt so welcomed. So listened to at a hotel. Sadie deserves all the praise. she literally showed me the kindness I needed to make it through my dark moments suffering broken down in a strange state away from home. Thank you Sadie. You're the best.

This was a nice hotel. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. What made me choose this hotel was the fact that it mentioned having a hot breakfast. Unfortunately the breakfast was a MAJOR letdown. The sausage links were cold, the gravy was more cold than warm, and the eggs were also cold, but I did enjoy the little potatoes, and the waffles. The bed was extremely comfortable, but I was a little weirded out that we had 5 small pillows on our bed instead of full size pillows. I slept very well on the mattress.
